"The Hunger Games" is about a government called The Capitol who own people and the people have little to eat. To be able to get food you have to put your name down to get food for your family and your name goes into a big glass bowl called the Reaping and your name also goes in so many times for being your age. A girl name Katniss Everdeen hunts when she is not supposed to and they are forced to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games to fight to the death on live TV. Katniss Everdeen regards it as a death sentence and takes her sister's place but she was almost killed before, but survival is second nature to her. If she is to win she will have to start to make the right choices to survive against life and love. - L.T.
